Clinica E.T.

Clinica E.T. is a large oncology clinic located in Yokohama. The Method ET (endovascular therapy) adopted by the clinic aims to treat the most difficult conditions such as the manifold presentations of cancer and degenerative joint conditions such as rheumatism. Since November 2003, HIFU knife (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound), a ground breaking new surgical apparatus has been incorporated into their treatments. Method ET & HIFU provide, in combination, a fully developed cancer treatment without a need for major surgery or other conventional methods. Since moving to Yokohama in 2002 Clinica ET (Endovascular Therapy), continued the research into and provision of services for cancer and rheumatic conditions at this specialized clinic. The number of patients who have received treatment at this centre is 1,464 including 86 patients from countries abroad such as Europe or the United States or Korea.

Clinica ET has a hotel within the premises, so as to facilitate the treatments process in as relaxed an atmosphere as is possible. This allows patients or their family to stay very cost effective for a night, as may sometimes be required.
